Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Yes. Selected garments in each capsule are made upon order. This allows us to create pieces with higher precision, better construction, and a unique feel. Every made-to-order item is produced in Québec City.
How long does production take for custom items?
Production time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the garment. Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished specifically for you — ensuring premium quality and exclusivity.
Are custom pieces returnable?
Because made-to-order garments are created individually for each client, they are final sale. If there’s a sizing issue or a manufacturing problem, contact us and we’ll find a solution.
How limited are your drops?
Every capsule is produced in very small quantities. Some items have only a few units per size, and certain pieces exist in single-digit quantities. Once a size sells out, it is rarely restocked.
